Shawn Gilfillan is the proud owner of Automotive Magic and Magic Lube & Rubber, a reputable automotive repair shops in Kenvil, and Lake Hopatcong, NJ. He is also one of the principal partners and co-founder of Shop Management Alliance, a private consulting company focusing on improving and supporting other automotive repair shops and their owners. Shawn began his career getting his hands dirty – learning the inner workings of cars and what it takes to fix the vehicles that carry his friends and family.
Shawn was born, raised, and still resides in Roxbury, a community that he holds dear to his heart. Shawn’s passion goes beyond his businesses, he is committed to helping others, personal and professional development, continuing his education, and his family. He is a proud father of three beautiful girls and a loving husband to his wife, Victoria.
We have 60-minute live training modules held one per week for 16 weeks. Best results are achieved when you have participants from across your organization attend as a team - someone from the front of the house (operations / sales), back of the house, and management. Owners, managers and key members of the leadership team are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Each module has a homework assignment that will be completed between sessions. Each homework assignment is strategically designed to help you internalize skills and implement the training into your daily business activity, so you get results as you go through the program.
